 Shipping

We charge a fixed rate for shipping to Canada ($6) and the United States($7.50).   Orders are shipped via Canada Post normally within 48 hours of our receiving them. If you prefer another method of shipping, please let us know, in which case the cost of shipping will be the actual cost charged by the carrier.  For overseas shipping, please inquire.

If you would like to come into the store to pick up your order, you may pay at the store with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit or Cash.  If you are planning to pick up your order at the store, indicate this in your email order.  Please note, there is a minimum $25.00 purchase for pick up orders and we require 24 hours notice.

 Payment

 Right now we can accept Mastercard payment through our shopping cart system and Visa over the phone, but please email us your order first. (905-318-4897).

  Returns, Exchanges and Warranties

If our products do not meet your expectations,  you may return  unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund excluding shipping costs.  Please notify us by email (discountscrapbooksupplies@sympatico.ca) or phone (905-318-4897)  if you intend to return an item.  The following products are non-refundable or exchangeable:  any opened pre-packaged product, paper, stickers, adhesives, idea books, and magazines.

Most of our products do not carry Manufacturer's Warranties.   If you feel that a product you purchased from us does not operate as it should,  contact us within 30 days of your purchase to discuss possible exchange options.

Out of Stock Items

In the event of out of stock items, we will adjust the amount of your order to reflect the shortage.  We will attempt to contact you before we ship the order to notify you of the our of stock item.  If you would like to make certain you are notified of out of stock items, please request this in an email when you order.

Privacy Policy

Any information you provide us, including name, address, email address, and credit card information are kept strictly confidental.  Our records are stored in a secure location and safely destroyed after they have been held for the minimim length of time outlined by goverment regulations.
